Welcome to the newest edition of The Pipeline brought to you by the crew at PICC! We have this edition packed full of updates with the changing of the seasons and items that will be relevant and useful to our loyal customers for the spring and summer of 2021.
This edition includes the reintroduction of a fan favorite in package offerings, summer rate reductions, what to expect for tee time bookings/hours of operation, and a sneak peek at some exciting renovations that will be coming this summer.
We hope everyone is staying safe and smart as things are continuing to move towards a state of normalcy and we want to thank everyone again for your loyalty through a very unique time. We continue to be inspired by our customers everyday and are happy to be providing a safe escape for golfers in the unpredictable Michigan weather.

The Crew at PICC
Packages are back!
For those of you that have been following our offerings from Day 1, we are excited to announce that packages are back and available for purchase in store our on our website and will be available through the end of August.
For those of you that are new to packages, these are designed for those that know they will be in for a handful of tee times and allow you to bulk purchase buckets of hours for a reduced rate. Packages will be saved on your account and the hours can be used any day/time regardless of the standard rate for the time you book making them the preferable option for golfers that want to get a competitive rate and know they may be making future tee times for weekends or later in the day.
We have the two standard 5-hour and 10-hour packages that provide an hourly rate of $30 and $27.50 respectively. The package rates also never expire so if there is a lower standard rate at the time you book you can choose to elect the standard hourly rate instead of using your package hours if more desirable.
PLEASE NOTE That the packages are only available for a limited time during the year, so stock up now before they are gone in the winter busy season.
Summer rates will be kicking off starting Monday, May 3rd. For the next 4 or so months all standard tee times will be $30 per hour regardless of the time of day or the day of the week unless we advertise a lower rate due to a promotion or you have a more beneficial rate from memberships/packages.
This is a perfect example of a time when you may elect the standard rate instead of the rate made available in your packages due to the limited financial benefit of the package pricing versus the standard rate. If you do purchase a 5 hour package use the standard rate through the summer and save your package hours for when the rate ultimately goes back up in the colder months.
The crew at PICC reserves the right to update pricing at any time based on the demands of the customers and needs of the business.
With the Spring season now upon us, things are naturally starting to slow down in the indoor golf world. We will remain bookable for the hours that our customers have come to expect of every day from 8:00 am - midnight.
In order for us to remain flexible for our employees and staffed correctly for you as our customers we ask that tee times be made either online or over the phone 24 hours in advance so we can make sure you receive the service you have come to expect at PICC.
As always, walk-in or same day appointments can be accommodated if a suite is already in use.
Exciting changes are coming to Pipestone Indoor Country Club this summer! We will do a much larger activation once everything is polished and ready to go but we are happy to announce that we have received the funding for a third simulator and renovations in each one of our suites.
As a result of the upcoming changes we will be temporarily closing our doors from Saturday, July 17th until Sunday, August 1st and reopening with some shiny new renovations on Monday, August 2nd.
We are beyond thrilled to have the opportunity to increase the capacity of the facility to allow more customers to simultaneously seize the game and to show you that we fully intend on continuing to reinvest your investment in us.
We will continue to provide communications leading up the the shutdown so you are always in the know of the anticipated timeline and any potential changes.
As a reminder, there is no limit on the amount of golfers that can be sharing our suites at any given time (outside of the system limitations of six golfers at a time) and no longer a limit on the maximum households that can share a suite.
In addition, we are no longer requiring a temperature check upon check in.
We will continue to require the use of a mask when using the common areas of our facility and ask that customers do their best to maintain social distancing until the proper authorities deem that a mask is no longer required.
