We have many exciting announcements to share with you in this edition of the pipeline!
Before we get to the announcements, we wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your patience and flexibility as we continue to navigate the pandemic. Although we are likely far from returning to complete normalcy, things are generally heading in the right direction. We have all been through a very challenging time and PICC not only continues to survive, but thrive, thanks to our loyal customers.
The first exciting announcement we have to share is that Pipestone Indoor is now officially able to serve alcoholic beverages. We received our liquor license over a week ago and have already stocked our cooler with some of the all-time classics and local favorites. We are thrilled to provide you with another location to enjoy your favorite beverages while visiting Benton Harbor Arts District.
Also, due to recent changes in the guidelines being provided by the state and other local authorities, we have been able to rollback some of our restrictions and return to a pre-pandemic state of occupancy. This means that we will no longer have a limit on the amount of golfers that can utilize our suite at any given time (outside of the system limitation of 6 golfers per round), no longer place a restriction on the maximum number of households, and have halted the requirement of a temperature check and acknowledgement form upon entry.
These developments are significant as we maximize the opportunity for our customers to enjoy the comfort of our suites while starting to prepare for the quickly approaching spring season.

The Crew at PICC
As mentioned in the letter above, we are now serving alcohol at Pipestone Indoor Country Club!
This development marks the end of a long, 14 month journey to provide our customers with options for beverages while enjoying our state of the art simulator suites.
Our cooler is stocked with the classics (Bud Light, Milller Lite, Two Hearted, etc.) and also with some of the local favorites from local breweries such as Watermark and North Pier.
Our primary objective at PICC is to provide a wide array of options, at a competitive price, to increase the joy our customers experience while using our facility. With this in mind, we promise to continue to be fair with our prices and options.
With this development we want to be clear that no outside beverages will be permitted when entering the facility. If you plan on enjoying some adult beverages while visiting PICC please drink responsibly and plan ahead for transportation if needed.
This is a huge step on our journey to maximize our customers opportunity to seize the game!
Pipestone Indoor Country Club will be one of many hosts of the 2021 Golfzon North American Tournament. The largest Virtual Golf Tournament in the Western Hemisphere.
First, if you haven't already, sign up for a Golfzon login here and be sure to write down or remember your login and password. Second, reserve your spot at Pipestone Indoor between March 20th and April 25th for your opportunity to compete. Finally, arrive at your scheduled time during the tournament window and inform that staff that you are ready to compete and we will prepare you for virtual golf battle.

With the recent changes in guidance, we will be making some changes to our pandemic policies/procedures.
Effective immediately, there is no longer a limit on the amount of golfers that can be sharing our suites at any given time (outside of the system limitations of six golfers at a time). Also, we will no longer have a maximum amount of households.
In addition, we will not be requiring a temperature check upon check in or requiring the completion of an acknowledgement form for members of the same household.
We will continue to require the use of a mask when using the common areas of our facility and ask that customers do their best to maintain social distancing.
As we mentioned in prior newsletters, things are starting to book up quickly at Pipestone Indoor as the outdoor season inches closer.
As a general rule of thumb, it is good to book one week in advance for weekdays and up to two weeks in advance for weekends, especially if looking to book longer appointments.
We also wanted to remind you that we have a waitlist available if you are a little late grabbing the day you would like to book. If calling in ask to be added and we will contact you as times become available OR you can add yourself to the waitlist from our website. Please be sure to be as detailed as possible regarding the times you desire so we can contact you appropriately.
