Hello Fellow Golfers!
We have some BIG updates in this edition of The Pipeline so please read on for some exciting announcements. In this edition we will be covering a huge additional benefit to one of our membership options, the return of Spring/Summer pricing along with a fan favorite seasonal offering, and highlighting our recent member appreciation event, among other updates.
The staff here at Pipestone Indoor is thrilled to be exercising our right to beautiful SW Michigan outdoor golf but we also wanted to remind our customers that the weather DOES NOT have to dictate your golf plans. Whether you want some immediate feedback on your ranges sessions with swing playback and stats on our range software while not breaking a sweat or dealing with sunscreen hands, or you want to enjoy some night golf with friends after a long day outdoors, or guarantee a round even on a rainy day, we are more than happy to provide you an extended option for all season/all weather golf. Keep us in mind when outdoor golf doesn't provide you with the greatest opportunity to get your swings in or if you are thinking of planning an event and want to feel confident in a more predictable setting.

The Crew at PICC
Big Announcement! We are adding a major benefit to our Eagle Memberships!
In an effort to continue to grow the game of golf and build a fun and social culture for our valued members, the Management Team at Pipestone Indoor Country Club is excited to announce, in addition to the benefits already available with the Eagle Membership, we will now be including a Single membership to Pipestone Creek Golf Course (our partner course) for anyone that is already an Eagle Member or for any current member that upgrades/new member that signs up to become an Eagle member!
That means that for the monthly commitment of $100 per month (minimum one year commitment required) Eagle members will be able to skip on the greens fees for themselves when playing anytime at Pipestone Creek Golf Course and will only be liable for the cart fee, similar to our standard PCGC memberships. The Single membership at Pipestone Creek Golf Course is only valid for the individual and does not extend to friends or family members.
In it's entirety, the Eagle membership now provides:
- 1 Single Membership at Pipestone Creek Golf Course ($600 value)
- $15.00 per hour booked at Pipestone Indoor, any day, any time
- Complimentary club regripping service once per calendar year (grips will still need to be purchased)
- 15% discount on all retail at PICC & PCGC
- (PICC Only) League fees calculated at the membership hourly rate
- (PICC Only) Free Golfzon Membership Card ($5 for replacement)
- (PICC Only) Priority locker access, when available

Spring/Summer Rates and Packages have returned!
With the return of outdoor golf in SW Michigan, we will be shifting back into our Spring/Summer rates effective Sunday, May 1st, 2022. The rate for any time, any day of the week until around September 1st of this year will be $30 per hour. We will be updating our systems to indicate this shift in rate early on the morning of May 1st. We know indoor golf may not be your first option when the weather turns in SW Michigan but we also know there are many rainy days and nights that could continue to be excellent golf opportunities indoor and we want to encourage everyone to check us out when the opportunity presents itself. Please see the section below to recall that we will be shifting our requirement for booking tee times on May 1st and it will be important to be informed of what to expect when booking tee times.
Also, we will be reactivating the fan favorite packages on Sunday, May 1st as well. Packages allow an opportunity for those that may not be comfortable with the year long, monthly commitment of memberships to still purchase hours in bulk at a discounted rate. Packages never expire, so for our avid indoor golfers that want to avoid a monthly subscription, packages may be the option for you. We will be selling our packages at the same rate we discontinued in Fall of 2021. If you are considering buying a package, please consider doing so as soon as you have the opportunity as we will likely be exploring a price increase for packages going into next Fall.
- 10 hour package - $275 ($27.50 per hour)
- 5 hour package - $150 ($30 per hour)
Please note that if you are booking a tee time where the rate matches your package rate, you will likely want to just pay the rate for that day and save your package hours for the winter when the rates are a little higher during premium times (afternoons/weekends). Tee times, packages, and membership are available for purchase online OR please give us a call if you have questions or are interested and we would be delighted to assist.
Inaugural Member Appreciation Event
Pipestone Indoor Country Club just hosted our Inaugural Member Appreciation event to recognize and thank our value members for their patronage and loyalty. The event was held Thursday, April 28th and consisted of gift bags for all members, PICC retail giveaways for those in attendance, contests, and a special wine tasting hosted by the St. Joe Wine Shoppe and cheese pairing with the snacks provided by The Cheese Lady (both vendors located in The Market in St. Joe). The event was amazing and free for our members!
Congratulations to our members Dennis Dolohanty for winning the closest to the pin challenge, he stuck one 3.9 yards from a target that was roughly 125 yards out, and Jonathan VanderLind for winning the longest drive competition with a drive that reached 289.5 yards! Dennis will be able to walk out of the shop after his next visit with a brand new Cleveland RTX Zipcore wedge of his choosing and Jonathan will be able to build a Cleveland or Srixon driver of his choosing.
This event was free for our members to attend and we plan on making this event annual to thank our members for their recurring commitment and to continue to share how we are reinvesting their investment in us into the facility, the offerings we are able to provide, and of course growing the game of golf and the community.
Changing to Advanced Appointment-Only - STARTS SUNDAY!
REMINDER: With the warmer weather comes the slowdown at PICC. This year we will continue to maintain our hours of 8a-Midnight every day over the course of the summer with the caveat that appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to ensure that our customers can still golf during the standard hours of operation with proper notice. When PICC is not busy, this will allow us to focus our energy on other projects away from the shop, such as those at Pipestone Creek Golf Course! 24 hour advanced appointments will start Sunday, May 1st and are expected to run through the end of August/early September. Reoccurring appointments are still a great option for those looking for consistent practice time.
Pipestone Indoor Ace Alert!
We have had one ace since the last Pipeline! Please see below for the highly skilled shot that landed a lucky customers an extremely rare "1" on the scorecard:
- April 19 - Kristopher Craig - Harbour Town - Hole 4 - 187 yards

Club Regripping service has moved
We have moved our club gripping station to Pipestone Creek Golf Course for the spring/summer. Offering a great way to freshen up your set for the upcoming season without investing in all new clubs. Gripping services are $3 per club, if grips are purchased through PCGC, or $5 per club, if you bring your own. Our grip prices are set competitively with market pricing. We have a limited selection of grips in stock, and are able to order most that are available at other stores. If you are interested in getting your clubs regripped, the process is simple; drop your clubs off at PCGC, choose which grips you want, and pick them up the next day!
